Outside Server (Pool)

Outside Server delivers food and beverage service to members and guests, following Invited’s service standards and the 3-steps of service. Responsibilities include greeting by name, knowing the à la carte menu and daily features, assisting teammates to ensure a seamless dining experience, handling guest complaints with service recovery, completing daily assignments and side work, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and taking on additional duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and relevant F&B certifications; strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to excellence are essential. Physical readiness to stand and work in varying environments and to operate within a club setting is expected; attendance includes weekends and holidays.
