Outside Server delivers food and beverage service to members and guests, following Invited’s service standards; greets members by name, communicates menu knowledge, handles complaints using service recovery techniques, completes daily assignments and side work, maintains cleanliness and safety, supports management, and participates in training and professional development to contribute to a seamless dining experience across a club environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
