Job Summary
Outside Salesperson responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers to drive equipment rental and purchase sales in the Metro Detroit market; identify customer needs, recommend equipment solutions, generate quotes, close rental deals, and collaborate with service/logistics to ensure timely delivery, while monitoring market trends and competition to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and capitalize on commission opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the equipment rental or related industry in one of our Metro Detroit territories
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Strong understanding of equipment types and applications
- Upbeat, Positive, Team Player
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
