Job Summary
The Aggregate Equipment Sales Representative is responsible for selling, renting, and leasing aggregate processing equipment while promoting quarry supplies and services. Duties include managing customer relationships, securing orders, providing technical assistance, maintaining call schedules, handling complaints, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Candidates need a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a technical degree or equivalent education. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential for success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, service or product support
- Minimum 2-year technical degree in related field or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain an insurable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive background in construction and/or heavy construction equipment
- Above-average computer comfort level or eagerness to learn relevant software
- Strong interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills
- Organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects
