Outside Sales Team Member

Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers within your assigned territory by generating leads through networking and cold calls. Develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue while negotiating prices, terms, and service agreements. Prepare contracts, submit orders, and collaborate with purchasing departments to ensure accurate product distribution. Identify new customers, match flooring products to client needs, and monitor competitive activities. Monitor industry developments by attending meetings and workshops. Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products. Maintain excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Hourly pay.
