Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage a territory focused on commercial playgrounds, park spaces, and outdoor recreational environments. This is a relationship-driven sales role working with municipalities, developers, and design professionals to bring outdoor spaces to life. You’ll be out in the territory, meeting clients, identifying opportunities, and guiding projects from concept through completion, supported by an internal team handling design, estimating, and project management. Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, building and growing accounts, managing the full sales cycle in the CRM, traveling the territory (approximately 30%), collaborating with internal teams to develop site-specific playground and outdoor solutions, staying informed on product offerings and industry trends, attending industry events and trade shows for lead generation, and forecasting/reporting on sales activity and pipeline.
