Job Summary
Outside Sales & Showroom Rep responsible for presenting Trinity Surfaces’ full product line to designers, contractors, and end users, assisting with product selections and showroom appointments, entering/tracking projects and quotes in P21, responding to customer requests with samples, pricing, and technical information, maintaining a clean showroom, coordinating product trainings with manufacturers, supporting Sales Representatives, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales goals for tile and complementary surface products.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client requests
- Organized and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Interest in design, construction, or architectural products preferred
- Experience in presenting product lines to designers, contractors, and end users
- Proficiency with showroom management and order processing (showroom duties, samples labeling)
- Ability to coordinate trainings with manufacturers
- Team-oriented, able to support Sales Representatives and build customer relationships
- Achieve sales goals for tile and surface products
