Job Summary
Present Trinity Surfaces' full product line to designers, contractors, and end users while assisting clients with selections, scheduling showroom appointments, and entering projects and quotes in P21. Provide timely responses to customer requests including samples, pricing, technical information, and availability. Maintain a clean, organized showroom and customer library with properly labeled samples, coordinate product trainings and meetings with manufacturers, and support Sales Representatives to build strong customer relationships. Achieve sales goals for tile and complementary surface products by assisting customers with order lookups, stock checks, and product information.
