Job Summary
Conduct franchisee inventories, advise on best inventory management practices, and perform route surveys per established guidelines. Service open routes by selling, collecting receivables, and servicing customers, while assisting with priority issues such as new franchisee tool-ups, sales meeting preparation, tool show assistance, broken tool replacements, and terminated franchisee check-ins. Maintain daily operations for company stores and Franchise Performance Team support. Requires valid driver's license, DOT physical, and 2-5 years direct sales experience; automotive or vehicle repair background highly valued. Salary $40,000-55,000.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 21
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in direct sales
- D.O.T. physical and maintain a medical card
- Ability to frequently lift 50-100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to learn and follow a process
- Computer proficiency and the ability to operate apps and emails on cell phones
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Hands-on vehicle repair experience
