Job Summary
Outside Sales Retail Account Manager for Heavy Equipment responsible for growing the EquipmentShare business in the Chandler, AZ region. Build and nurture long-term relationships with construction equipment buyers and prospective clients, educate customers on the benefits of EquipmentShare offerings, manage a book of business, respond to inquiries, and contribute to sales strategy and pipeline development. Requires 2+ years of B2B sales in construction-related industries, strong customer-service orientation, problem-solving mindset, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation with base salary plus uncapped commissions, relocation assistance, company vehicle or allowance, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in B2B sales in construction related industry
- Drive to provide fantastic customer service
- Driven and an Influencer that is never satisfied with “good enough” results
- Industry knowledge (rental or construction equipment) and experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required
- You’re quick on your feet and willing to solve any problem
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
