Job Summary
Outside Sales Residential New Construction Representative in Denver, CO, focused on building relationships and selling door and door products to residential general contractors and builders. Responsibilities include designing customized door solutions, promoting products and services to potential customers daily, delivering sales presentations with product samples and design software, assessing customer needs and selling technical and mechanical goods, building long-lasting relationships within an assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit targets, providing timely estimates and proposals, and maintaining CRM daily. Key skills include outside selling to GC/builders, ability to read blueprints/plans/specs, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, organizational excellence, and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years outside selling experience to general contractors and builders
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
