Job Summary
Coordinate community outreach and engagement activities to generate qualified leads for the PACE program. Establish relationships with community leaders, senior centers, and local organizations to facilitate referrals. Develop monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment metric goals while providing education on WelbeHealth services to referral sources. This role sits within the Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team, focusing on mission-driven connection rather than hard selling. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration, DHCS training certification, and at least one year of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
- DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role
- At least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting
- Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
- Outside sales and marketing experience
- Proof of vaccination, or a vaccine declination form
