Job Summary
Coordinate and initiate outreach activities in communities to generate qualified leads for the PACE program, establishing relationships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, and local organizations. Develop monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment metric goals while providing education on WelbeHealth services to referral sources. This role focuses on building genuine connections rather than hard selling, requiring a Bachelor's degree and DHCS training within 30 days. Compensation includes a base salary of $75,000 plus bonuses, with full medical, dental, and vision coverage, 17 days of PTO, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
- DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role
- At least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting
- Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
- Outside sales and marketing experience
- Proof of vaccination, or a vaccine declination form
