Job Summary
Coordinate community outreach and engagement activities to identify collaboration opportunities with organizations like senior centers, food banks, and churches for generating qualified leads. Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners while providing education on WelbeHealth services to referral sources. Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve enrollment metric goals with the MOE Director. This role focuses on building genuine relationships rather than hard selling, supporting vulnerable seniors in their homes through the PACE model.
Required Qualifications
- DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
- COVID-19 vaccination or vaccine declination form prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role
- At least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
- Experience within service area preferred
