Job Summary
Develop and grow new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Tennessee by building lasting relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, consultants, and general contractors. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach, then manage opportunities from first conversation through project completion while partnering closely with operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Continue growing existing customer relationships while identifying additional opportunities and represent Weather Shield professionally to uphold our reputation in every interaction. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission with six-figure earning potential for top performers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales with a track record of developing new business
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated with exceptional organization and follow-through
- Comfortable managing complex sales opportunities
- CRM Experience
