Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative to manage the Dalton, GA area for CWS, driving growth through prospecting, cold calling, and consultative selling to commercial customers. Responsibilities include researching and identifying new customers, presenting comprehensive waste/recycling solutions, negotiating and closing deals, and conducting post-sale onboarding. Daily activities emphasize prospecting (90-95%), maintaining existing customer relationships (5-10%), and travel to area sites as needed. Ideal candidate will build long-lasting client relationships, exceed goals with uncapped commissions, and possess a track record in sales with a focus on delivering value to customers. Education requirements include a High School Diploma or GED with equivalent experience; an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing is preferred; 3+ years of related experience with 2+ years in related industries is desired. The role is full-time with a base salary plus monthly car and cell phone allowances and commissions.
