Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for door-to-door solicitation of residential customers in West Texas, earning base pay plus commissions with total compensation ranging from $55,000 to $100,000 annually. Drive new revenue by prospecting, acquiring customers, and aligning offerings to customer needs; work with marketing, business development, and operations to support market expansion; maintain KPI-relevant data and participate in trainings and sales meetings. Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors most of the time; English required, Spanish a plus; must be able to operate independently and travel within assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience a plus, but all that is required is a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language, Spanish a plus.
- Engaging interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work independently.
