Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for driving new revenue in West Texas through door-to-door solicitation of residential customers. Roles include prospecting, presenting Vero Fiber services, matching offerings to customer needs, supporting marketing campaigns, and achieving KPIs through careful tracking and reporting. Requires independent work in outdoor conditions, drivers license with reliable vehicle, and ability to engage customers in a fast-paced field environment; base salary plus commission with total compensation $55,000–$100,000 annually. Fluent English required; Spanish a plus. Monday–Saturday schedule with majority time spent outside. Training and collaboration with marketing, business development, and operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience a plus, but willingness to learn and grow is required
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Spanish a plus
- Engaging interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work independently
