Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for developing and managing OEM relationships and driving revenue growth across Utah, Nevada, Arizona, and California. Duties include establishing and growing key accounts, building executive-level relationships, forecasting sales, opening new OEM opportunities, executing sales strategy aligned with company direction, supporting new product sales through collaboration with R&D, maintaining a strong sales pipeline with pricing and follow-up, communicating customer requirements to product/engineering, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to address market needs; requires ability to develop business with major and moderately sized OEMs and customers for hydraulic components.
