Job Summary
B2B Outside Sales Representative in Kansas City, MO to drive new business in an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits; conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs; developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements; maintaining CRM with client information and activity; meeting or exceeding sales quotas; and collaborating with service/operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Compensation includes a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus a monthly car allowance and benefits such as medical/dental/vision and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to take coaching and feedback
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
- Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards
