Job Summary
High-performing B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth in UniFirst’s assigned territory for uniform rental and facility services. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads across a defined territory via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits; conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs; developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements; maintaining CRM with accurate client information and activity; meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas; and collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus a monthly car allowance and fuel card, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement into Sales management or National Accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to take coaching and feedback
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
