Job Summary
Manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new business, conducting on-site visits Monday through Friday to create effective solutions using our 43,000 high-quality products. Spend Monday planning and scheduling, then execute field visits Tuesday through Friday to build relationships with customers across industries. Complete a 4-week sales training program followed by a 12-week mentorship program to develop expertise in our shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. Join the Boston, MA sales team for regular department meetings and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Great driving record
- 5+ years previous sales experience
- Excellent written / verbal communication
- Problem-solving skills
- Presentation skills
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
