Outside Sales Representative - Trench Safety

Outside Sales Representative for Trench Safety responsible for developing and expanding the assigned territory to drive profitable business for Sunbelt Rentals. Responsible for executing territory sales plans, calling on regular and prospective customers, preparing proposals and bid packages with engineering and safety inputs, maintaining CRM with daily activity, coordinating with operations to meet customer timelines, and achieving revenue and market growth targets. Requires strong technical background, ability to present to engineers and management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven solution-selling sales approach. Eligible candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of direct sales experience, driver’s license, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Location: Glendale, AZ with on-site responsibilities and travel within the territory.
