Outside Sales Representative- Tree Care

Job Summary
Drive new business and manage renewals by scheduling on-site consultations with homeowners, HOAs, and commercial clients. Sell tree trimming, removal, stump grinding, and plant health care services while leveraging existing leads and generating independent prospects. Prepare customized proposals, maintain client relationships, and update customer data in HubSpot and Oracle CRM. Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and field technicians using Oracle Field Service to ensure service delivery. Continuously expand arboriculture knowledge to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role requires standing, walking, and climbing outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting over 15 pounds, and includes a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience selling landscaping services such as tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and plant health care
- Strong understanding of trees, plant health, and arborist-level knowledge
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Oracle CRM, and Oracle Field Service tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to self-generate leads and work independently in the field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Subject to MVR and criminal background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with residential clients, HOAs, and commercial properties
- ISA Certified Arborist
- Basic arboriculture training
- Tree risk assessment qualification (TRAQ)
