Job Summary
Drive new business and manage renewals by prospecting homeowners, HOAs, and commercial clients using Moon Valley Nurseries leads and independent outreach. Schedule on-site consultations, deliver customized proposals for tree trimming, removal, and plant health care, and coordinate with field technicians via Oracle Field Service. Maintain client relationships, update CRM data in HubSpot and Oracle, and achieve monthly sales targets while expanding arboriculture knowledge. Requires standing, walking, and lifting over 15 pounds outdoors in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience selling landscaping services such as tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and plant health care
- Strong understanding of trees, plant health, and arborist-level knowledge
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Oracle CRM, and Oracle Field Service tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to self-generate leads and work independently in the field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Subject to MVR and criminal background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with residential clients, HOAs, and commercial properties
- ISA Certified Arborist
- Basic arboriculture training
- Tree risk assessment qualification (TRAQ)
