Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships in the manufacturing sector. Promote custom cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electromechanical solutions to manufacturers, engineers, and purchasing teams. Conduct on-site visits, deliver product demonstrations, educate clients on capabilities, and collaborate with internal engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure project success. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets, stay informed on industry trends, and manage activities in CRM. Travel to customer sites and occasional trips to Hudson, NH for training or team meetings; role is remote with a Florida base and close coordination with Hudson-based teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 5+ years outside sales experience
- CRM proficiency
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
