Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for developing sales strategies in an assigned territory, sourcing new clients, presenting solutions, negotiating and closing contracts to meet quotas. Key duties include planning and implementing strategies to market Total Fire Protection services, uncovering client needs, maintaining a database of qualified prospects through cold calling, personal visits and networking within the CRM, leveraging the TFP brand to identify prospective clients and build relationships, attending industry events, delivering monthly proposals, and providing after-sales reports to the VP of Sales. Requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, travel as needed, and the ability to work independently within a team; 3+ years of sales experience is a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel); capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
