Job Summary
Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners, conduct professional roofing consultations, and provide same-day estimates to close sales in-home. Partner with your Sales Manager for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, and weekly meetings focused on skill development. Drive 100 miles daily while navigating complex conversations to deliver uncompromising quality and lasting peace of mind. Complete four weeks of paid training at $1,000 per week with no draw, utilizing a company-provided iPad for technological proficiency. This role offers uncapped earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually with a $4,000 sign-on bonus, full benefits, and monthly car and cell phone allowances.
Required Qualifications
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged
- Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role
- Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot
- Technological proficiency in using an iPad
- Submit to a background screening
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
