Job Summary
Develop profitable business by generating sales from the Flooring Solutions profit center, including developing the assigned territory and implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain the current customer base. Build the national Sunbelt branding identity while applying a solution-selling approach to technical concepts regarding concrete surface prep and polishing. Manage new business development and customer retention within the equipment rental industry. Requires 2+ years of direct sales experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Base pay ranges from $40,000 to $62,965 with a robust commission plan and company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry
- 2+ years of direct sales experience

- Technical background with the ability to learn engineering concepts
