Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative role responsible for generating profitable business from the equipment range, developing the assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow the business and maintain the current customer base, and helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity. Requires a 4-year degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience or 3-4 years of related sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and being at least 21 years old. Key skills include project management, new business development, customer retention, effective communication and negotiation, and computer proficiency; knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations. Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in related field OR 3-4 years of related sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- 21 years of age
- Knowledge/skills: project management, new business development, customer retention, effective communication and negotiation, solid computer skills
- Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
