Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative responsible for generating profitable business from the equipment portfolio, developing your assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow the business and maintain the current customer base, and helping to build Sunbelt Rentals’ national branding identity. Key duties include leveraging cold-calling and closing skills, expanding an existing portfolio in a high-demand market, pursuing new business development, and collaborating with an incredible team to deliver customer-focused solutions. Preferred knowledge includes construction or specialty industrial equipment, with strong communication and negotiation skills; bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations. The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent sales experience, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel as needed; the company emphasizes on-the-job training, benefits, and growth opportunities.
