Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities with residential, multi-family and commercial projects; coordinates between customers and internal staff; prepares sales contracts and drafts proposals by collecting specification information; conducts effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to meet customer needs; trains and develops less experienced sales staff and may act as Sales Manager in the absence of the Sales Manager; plans and executes to meet daily/weekly/productivity goals; maintains knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and safety procedures; travels to customer locations and environments ranging from office to field sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field plus two (2) years prior sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license
