Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative at Spectrum to acquire new residential customers through face-to-face engagement, conduct needs analyses, present tailored sales proposals, and drive adoption of Spectrum’s high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services. Role involves outdoor field activity (~90% outdoors), working with assigned leads, completing accurate sales documentation, and meeting monthly targets while staying informed about competitors. Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills, ability to travel to territories, and availability to work evenings and weekends. Benefits include base salary with incentives and opportunities for total compensation over $100,000; includes Spectrum services perks. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, valid driver’s license and ability to operate a personal vehicle, and willingness to work in a predominantly outdoor environment. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel to assigned territories
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, driving record, and access to reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and consumer/enterprise devices
