Job Summary
Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Snap-on equipment while generating sales within your assigned territory. Accurately quote prices, prepare proposals, and conduct location surveys to gauge product fit. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through cold calls, lead generation, and proactive canvassing. Develop relationships with existing customers and facilitate equipment training and demonstrations. Work collaboratively with field service teams to resolve customer concerns and establish connections with franchisees. Analyze territory potential, track sales, and generate reporting to management. This role involves selling wheel aligners, balancers, tire changers, and lifts to automotive repair facilities and dealerships.
Required Qualifications
- Professional outside sales experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with concurrent timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Travel within the assigned territory is required weekly (occasionally overnight)
