Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in Lakeside, CA developing and growing a commercial tire book of business across fleets, trucking, construction, agriculture, and industrial accounts with no assigned accounts. Field-based role with daily travel within the assigned territory and no overnight travel. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship development to generate new business from scratch; maintaining and growing customer relationships through expert product recommendations and high-quality service; achieving KPIs such as new account acquisition, pipeline development, customer retention, and meeting monthly/annual sales targets. Requires 2+ years in outside tire sales, CRM/MS Office proficiency, clean driving record, and bilingual Spanish/English desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside commercial tire sales experience (medium/heavy-duty, agricultural, industrial etc.)
- CRM and MS Office proficiency
- Clean driving record
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desirable
