Outside Sales Representative responsible for engaging large and complex customers, determining needs, and proposing solutions. Role involves collecting customer specifications, coordinating between inside technical staff and customers, developing sales contracts for residential, multi-family and commercial projects, and delivering presentations to prospects. The position includes leadership duties such as training less experienced staff and potentially acting as Sales Manager in the absence of the manager. The role requires consultative selling, strong presentation skills, ability to generate new opportunities through market research, and maintaining customer relationships through ongoing communication. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with Office Suite are required. The candidate should demonstrate professionalism, deep product and industry knowledge, and the ability to work independently to meet productivity goals and safety procedures.
