Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for engaging with residential, multi-family and commercial clients, developing sales contracts, and presenting product solutions. Leads and trains less experienced team members, may fill Sales Manager duties in absence, and plans/executes presentations to meet client needs. Builds new opportunities through research on client requirements, industry competition, and the benefits of company products and services. Maintains product and market knowledge, supports training initiatives, and adheres to safety procedures while traveling to customer locations. Requires strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Office Suite and the ability to manage multiple priorities to achieve sales goals are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field plus two (2) years prior sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
