Outside Sales Representative Sales - Outside Sales

Outside Sales Representative responsible for representing the company to residential, multi-family, and commercial customers in the San Diego area. Duties include gathering customer needs and design specifications, developing sales proposals, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, researching and soliciting new customers, and maintaining knowledge of products and services. The role may involve training less experienced staff and acting in a Sales Manager capacity in the absence of the manager. Field responsibilities include visiting customer sites, understanding specifications from engineers/architects, and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams. Requires strong product knowledge, professional presentation skills, and the ability to meet sales goals; requires travel to customer locations and a valid driver’s license.
