Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment, meeting with decision makers, building relationships, and offering energy services to businesses. Provide decision makers with information to choose their energy provider; this is a full-time, face-to-face, B2B sales role with base pay and uncapped commissions. Benefits include base pay plus uncapped commission, 10 paid holidays, 2 weeks PTO, health/dental/vision, and 401K after 1 year. The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, adaptability, and willingness to drive between businesses; outside sales experience and energy knowledge are preferred but not required.
