Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative for Replacement Windows responsible for representing BFS to complex customers, developing sales contracts, and training/mentoring less experienced staff. Lead presentations and demonstrations, identify and solicit new customers, analyze client needs, align products and services to requirements, and contribute to leadership activities in the absence of the Sales Manager. Must possess strong product knowledge of replacement windows, exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to plan, execute, and follow through on sales opportunities while maintaining safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field plus two (2) years prior sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
