Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions. Execute a structured 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close deals, supported by AI-driven training and coaching. Collaborate within a team-based culture that shares best practices and celebrates wins. Travel Monday through Thursday with overnight stays, followed by weekends off. Earn uncapped commission income, residual revenue, and bonuses while Platinum manages marketing, recruiting, and back-office support.
