Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions. Execute a structured 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close deals, supported by AI-driven training and coaching. Collaborate within a team-based culture that shares best practices and celebrates wins while handling marketing and back-office support.
