Outside Sales Representative – Remote Insurance

Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions and build trust. Execute a structured 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close deals, supported by AI-driven training and coaching. Collaborate within a team-based culture to share best practices and reach new performance targets. Travel Monday through Thursday for client engagements, followed by weekends off.
