Job Summary
Travel to your territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families) face-to-face to build trust and educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Follow a time-tested 10-step sales process backed by AI-driven training to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close more sales. Work within a supportive, team-based culture that emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and recognizing performance. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, plus benefits like bonuses and renewal income. Enjoy a four-day workweek with Monday–Thursday travel and weekends off, along with company trips and events. Requires being 18+ and comfortable with overnight travel; emphasis on traveling to your territory and building relationships to close sales.
