Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative selling Platinum Supplemental Insurance. Travel Monday–Thursday to meet farmers and small business owners, educating them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Follow the company’s 10-step sales process, aided by AI-driven training, to identify prospects, present solutions, and close sales. Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential; benefits include ongoing support, back-office and customer service, bonuses, renewal income, and travel incentives. Day-to-day involves traveling to your territory to build relationships, stay motivated within a collaborative, team-based culture, and pursue advancement opportunities.
