Conduct face-to-face meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions and build trust. Execute a proven 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close deals, supported by AI-driven training and personalized coaching. Collaborate within a team-based culture to share best practices and reach new sales targets. Travel Monday through Thursday with overnight stays, followed by weekends off.
