Outside Sales Representative – Remote Insurance

Outside Sales Representative responsible for traveling to your territory (farmers, small business owners, and families) to educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Follow the 10-step sales process with support from ongoing AI training, marketing, recruiting, back-office and customer service. This role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential, includes a four-day workweek, and requires Monday–Thursday travel with weekends off. The position emphasizes relationship-building, face-to-face presentations, closing sales, and advancing within a collaborative, team-based culture. Initial focus is on building trust in the territory and leveraging the AI-driven training platform to master Platinum’s sales system, while enjoying travel incentives and opportunities for leadership advancement.
