Outside Sales Representative – Remote Insurance

Outside Sales Representative in insurance, traveling Monday–Thursday within your assigned territory to meet farmers and small business owners and educate them on Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. You’ll follow a time-tested 10-step sales process, supported by AI-based training, to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close sales—participating in a team-based culture with mentorship and growth opportunities. The role emphasizes high earning potential through commissions, ongoing bonuses, annual renewal income, and travel incentives, with weekends off and a four-day workweek. The position involves in-person customer engagements in the Osseo, WI area and overnight travel as needed.
