Outside Sales Representative in Regina, SK responsible for owning a sales territory and driving lubrication solutions for industrial plants, fleets, and Certified Laboratories partners. Perform 15+ in-person sales calls daily, conduct hands-on product demos with a 40 lb demo bag, follow the Sales Bag Progression to uncover needs, demonstrate value, and close business. Maintain 200+ active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs, generate 40+ orders monthly, and collaborate with Corporate and Key Accounts on program rollouts and contracts. Demonstrates ROI through Value Advantage reports and maintains Salesforce records for ongoing account management and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to carry a 40 lb demo bag daily
- Self-starter with history of exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding presentation and relationship skills
