In-home flooring sales role guiding homeowners through flooring solutions, delivering a five-star customer experience, and closing sales using warm company-provided leads with no cold calls. Includes a 4-week training program (first 2 weeks paid), draw up to $1,600, uncapped commission with double commission on self-generated sales, new-hire bonus after 90 days, and ongoing coaching. Must be coachable, communicative, and customer-focused; available weekday evenings and Saturdays to maximize in-home sales opportunities.
